In 1998 I had a vision of creating Virtual Reality technology for games and entertainment. My intentions were right and I was working hard to bring this about. I designed and built over 13 attractions for theme parks and over 12 game systems including the Trimersion.
What else I did was to lie about the potential success of this technology. I also lied about Microsoft and Apple computer getting ready to enter contractual agreements with 3001 AD.
I apologize to those I hurt and those that had faith in me. I can never repay what I have done. I'm sorry. It's taken me a while to fully realize how much harm I have caused.
I want to tell each of the investors that put money into 3001 AD that I am personally sorry that I didn't stop this earlier. I should have taken off my blinders and exposed what was really going on. But I didn't.
